How far in advance should I book?
We recommend sending your request as early as possible, especially for weekends, fairs, festivals, and larger events. Availability varies throughout the year.
Does submitting a request reserve my date?
No. Submitting a request does not automatically reserve or confirm your event. Our team will review your information, check availability, and contact you directly before anything is confirmed.
Do you travel outside of Burley?
Yes. We serve events throughout Southern Idaho and may travel farther depending on the event, distance, schedule, and overall event details. Send us your information and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Does the food truck need electricity or water?
Access to electricity and potable water can be helpful, but every event setup is different. We can operate in different conditions, so please provide as much information as possible in your event request.
Is there a minimum number of guests?

Can I order catering without booking the food truck?
Absolutely. You can request catering separately from the food truck for private parties, business events, celebrations, schools, churches, and other gatherings.
